- Catalyzing SIRAN research studies (a select set of benchmarking studies updated annually or biennially and one-time research projects based on resources available);
- Articulating a collective voice on issues relevant to social research, as appropriate;
- Developing/maintaining tools for communicating internally and externally, including the SIRAN Analysts Directory, SIRAN website, member e-mail updates and conference calls;
- Media outreach; and
- Exploring new opportunities for SIRAN to promote corporate transparency and facilitate social research through representation at conferences, information-sharing with CSR-related organizations, and other possibilities.
